Greatness takes time, but so does laundry. With this insight, we moved from functional messaging to storytelling-driven spots, imagining the unexpected ways people might spend the hours saved by outsourcing laundry. Using light surrealism, we framed Rinse as less of a service and more as an enabler of small (but epic), human possibilities.
